The end product was not of acceptable quality. It was highly pixilated and unusable. Customer service was completely unhelpful making the statement, “it’s not that bad”. Hopefully that’s not your business motto. Even worse you knew before you made it that the quality would be poor and when I called to discuss, I was informed that it was too late to change even though it was still unmade. I was planning on ordering several more items, but based on the quality and experience of the first order I will not be doing so.
