All but one of the products was excellent and just as described, however, the Ageless sleep mask I bought I was only able to wear one time before it broke. I did send a contact form, but never heard anything about an exchange or replacement.

Love vibes up products! I sleep on the large shungite rubberlike mat placed under the bottom sheet. It does feel warm at times which means it is healing something in the body. I use the insert from the knee wrap on any part of my body that is aching and it takes the pain away especially on my right hip. I use the double eye mask for headaches and also for sleeping. Their products really work. Just bought the 5G harmonized pendant and it seems to give me more energy. Also have the large black pyramid on my kitchen counter for the radiation and I have the medium black pyramid on the dashboard of my car. Go through the web site and see what appeals to you and give it a try. If you don’t like something you can always return it. So far I have kept everything that I have purchased. Have fun shopping.
