I ordered my hair topper from valentine wigs and it is lovely it arrived nicely packaged with a little chocolate treat. The communication and Customer service from valentine wigs is great and I was kept up to date all the time with the status of my order which is very reassuring. Any email enquiries I have sent have always been answered. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be ordering again 😊. Thankyou

I recently purchased my essentials for my wig care from valentine wigs, very pleased alot cheaper than I've been paying in the past , easy to order, and came the same time as my new wig which was ideal for me, but i was offered by valentine wigs to send them quickly if I was in need of them which was really nice of them , thankyou very much for the great service

Shopping with Valentine wigs was really easy. The wigs are very competitively priced. It was easy to apply for VAT exemption on medical grounds. I was kept informed about my order and it arrived when I was told it would. If I need to buy another wig Valentine wigs will be my go to store.

I've ordered 3 wigs from Valentine's wigs now and highly recommend them.Their customer service is excellent. Mary is super friendly, and the response to queries is fast and very helpful and you get regular discount codes sent to you via email so you can pick up your dream hair at a bargain.

I did purchase my second wig with Valentine wigs as well as some products for the care of my wig like shampoo and balm. When I made the phone call and said who I was the person who answered the phone took no time at all to find out what I had ordered before . I was pleasantly surprised and amazed. This is a perfect reason for me to shop here again. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful and encouraged me to recommend Valentine wigs to friends. I am looking forward to my new wig which will be on it’s way ver soon!

Have just bought the Rene of Paris Laine wig which is fabulous to look at and wear. The order was completed quickly and really pleased my my new wig. You always get such fantastic service at Valentine Wigs. The communication is great and the lead times are amazing. There have been a couple of times when I've needed to change orders and the team were so helpful and accommodating. I don't think I'd ever buy my wigs from anywhere else.
