I spoke to Max Carpenter who was very knowledgeable and put me at ease throughout the whole process. He struck up an excellent rapport with me. I didn't feel any pressure to act. When I didn't make an arranged telephone meeting, I wasn't hounded,but was given time to call back at my own convenience which I appreciated.

I have been extremely satisfied this far with the service provided by VCL. From my initial online enquiry my broker (Max C) has been highly proactive in setting up a portfolio within the budget we discussed. He was also incredibly helpful in assisting me through the online process of setting up the portfolio. Max has been contactable on every occasion which is very reassuring and now the process is completed with my portfolio completed I move forward with VCL with a high degree of confidence. I have also been reassured by the well joined up nature of the business whereby Max has been able to communicate rapidly with IT and Accounts and return calls within a few minutes. The overarching clarity and support from the office manager in terms of correspondence has also been clear and prompt. Overall I am very content with how business has been conducted thus far and look forward to working with VCL.

My broker George was excellent throughout the process of obtaining shares in whiskey, explaining every aspect involved concisely. The eventual signing was fairly simple and George was available at all times to answer any queries. Payment was easy and clear what you were buying with examples of the final certification available before final purchase. Once the shareholder portal is fully functional it will be in my opinion, faultless.
