I am a first time investor in Whiskey and Once I had expressed an interest on-line . I was contacted within days and the process was explained to me in a language that I understood and there was no hard sell. Once I had made a decision to invest in barrels of whiskey the same Broker explained the process and talked me through the options that would best fit my budget, on this occasion coming in under my budget .Once the transaction was confirmed my certificates and receipts of purchase were E-mailed to me immediately . I was Surprised at how easy the whole process was.

When I first contacted VCL I got an immediate response which is always a very good start. Then Ben Lancaster phoned me and he spent a long time answering all my questions and discussing my investment. At no time did I feel pressurised into investing and I was allowed as much time as I wanted to think it over. The follow up has been easy and I feel very relaxed with the company.
