I dry aged a Costco whole Sirloin for 45 days using the UMAi dry bags. The meat turned out sooo tender and the entire process was simple. Well worth the purchase and the wait for the meat.

We did our first dry age. Thirty five days, choice ribeye. We compared it to a store bought dry aged ribeye and we concluded it was just a little better! Awesome Umai.

I've tried to make dried sausage in the past without much success. Using the Umai bags I've made 2 different types of sausage and they were excellent. I'd recommend this to anyone.
