Ordered my product on 4/29/20, sent several e-mail messages with no response, finally messaged via Facebook messenger on 5/29, received a short response stating that the last design would be finished and shipped out on Monday 6/1. Messaged again via Facebook messenger on 6/4 and 6/5 with no response. Saw there had been a post about monthly subscriptions made on their Facebook page, so I messaged again on the 8th and finally got a response asking about my order. I was told they were done and she would get it shipped out. Then after more discussion, she stated that she was heading to the shop to finish up my order. My order finally shipped on 6/8/20. I do understand that these take time to make, but there is no excuse for not communicating with your customers. I had also referred my best friend, who's daughter also has a feeding tube, and she ordered the same day I did. She also had the same issue as I did. No communication regarding her order, even after multiple e-mails. So two customers were lost due to this. We both have found a different company to go through for our tube feeding pad needs.
