They sent me wrong doors for my pulse bf kit. I paid extra for shipping and it showed up a week and a half later. I ordered solid red doors and they sent me the “frosted.” Update: after they read my review on this site, I was immediately contacted within hours by them. Unlike a lot of companies this is one company that has post purchase customer care like no other. Also I did place an order a week and a half roughly before Christmas. I really didn’t think about how busy they could be nor how busy the Postal Service could’ve been. Guess I was looking forward all Christmas to get those doors LOL and Was let down. I must say I will be a customer from now on.

Pros: 1. Good feel to it, it weighted a little without the batteries and with the batteries it was a pretty solid weight that didn't feel light to the touch. 2. The width from the sides feels pretty good to hold it. 3. You can use the RGB setting to change the colors by each color, pretty nifty.4. 2 batteries. For how compact this feels it a great plus for the vaping experience.4. It looks cool as hellCons: 1. Menu goes on a loop so when you wanna go up it just follows a loop of the same path no matter what direction you press. It might annoy some people but you kind of just get used to it.2. I've had it not remember the Watts I put in when I turned it off, I locked the wattage and everything but it happened a few times. Overall:4/5 - decent
