If I could give the customer support team more stars I would, I bought a Bonza rda and when I received it the factory packaging left out the Squonk pin, I E-mailed THEBESTVAPE.com around 9pm cst and within 5 minutes got a response, taking into account the rda came from the manufacturer missing the pin and these guys had no way of knowing, after a couple of mesgs Justin and the team had the pin sitting in my mailbox a couple days later. I work for a Vape company in Fl. and know how hard it is to get these tiny parts, so my point is hands down best customer support in the industry, Thank you guys for your help.
