Purchasd the Vitamin K2 MK7 200mcg in 120 capsules, for use with Vitamin D. As with all vitamins and minerals it is hard to quantify how well something works unless it's in the long term, but what I can say for now is that I really like the narrow tub design which is more space friendly. It resembles a large tic tac container, and the lid also lifts off fully for full content access.
