The Yellow Belt was Awesome! I thought I would breeze through but it introduced me to processes and tools I hadn't seen before and I have been performing Lean principles for years now! Great challenge but the course helps you all along the way!

This is a well-designed and laid out description of Lean Six Sigma. It contains extensive discussion of the parts of Lean and Six Sigma presented in a logical progression in an easy self-paced style with progress quizzes to map your understanding of the material. I liked the interaction of how it showed Lean and Six Sigma as individual disciplines interwoven into the Lean Six Sigma philosophy we use today and how they complement each other both in use and as a management tool. Lean is overcoming waste in throughput and velocity to meet demand. Six Sigma works within pieces of that lean value stream to reduce variation and issues that prevent the lean value stream from meeting that demand, on quality and on time. All concepts and tools were clearly explained with great examples. The exam was challenging with both theory and calculation based questions and even though the answers were multiple choice and right in front of you it made you "do the math" to choose the right one. As presented and verified by exam it prepares one to be a better project/product/process manager and mentor for those performing other projects.

This is my third course with SSGI and I'm loving it! The way instructor organized materials online worked well for me. The contents had adequate examples and the level of the course was easy to understand for someone with no prior experience in project management. I would like to see more classes related to healthcare operations if possible. Thank you SSGI !

Excellent resource for those with some background. I was anxious to find a course that would allow me to certify after spending years in lean and six sigma or "Kaizen" events and activities. This course defined some of the questions I had and improved my professional vocabulary. I would recommend this course for anyone interested in using Lean-Six Sigma to improve their work environment.

Excellent for focusing your time on what matters most. There are many technical parts of this course that are good. All of the concepts are a review and reminder of college level statistics classes from an engineering curriculum. Very useful in many industries. What I liked the most are the methods taught to find and focus on the most influential factors first. In business, you're never going to have enough time or resources to study your problem as thoroughly as you want. This course helped me understand and balance this limited resources concept with finding and dealing with the variables that you can control and which have the greatest influence on the observed results.

All lessons were delivered in an enjoyable and concise way. I liked that I could do the course at my own pace and the availability of templates for different recommended QI Tools made it easy to understand and apply concepts learnt!

Completed Green Belt Healthcare in less than 4 weeks. Complete on your own pace. The modules were very informative. I felt prepared taking the exam!

Flexible timings and easy access to material.

After I completed the course and practice test, I was confident about the exam. I took it within 30 minutes and more than passed! I have taken one other course that was not Lean, but Six Sigma, and it was not as clear as this one was. Thank you!

This course is a must for every member of an organization interested in quality control and customer satisfaction - it gives enough overview and language for people to feel comfortable, but little enough that one recognizes they need to complete the Green Belt training to really improve organizational processes!

I am looking to change employment areas and Lean Six Sigma is an important part of that process. The topics flow well from one to another, there are many examples that help to explain complex processes. I have taken another course and this one was much easier to understand.

I was surprised of how it hooked me and kept me motivated. All the chapters are well explained through clear examples to keep you on the right track. I totally recommend it.
