This company has great customer service! There was a printing issue with my order, I immediately received a response even though it was Sunday! The product is solid and the printing looks great.

They were perfect. 250 custom condoms for my 9 groomsmen. Needless to say, no excuses not to to practice safe sex for them.

Patti was great. The customer service rep I first worked with via chat was not knowledgeable which made ordering frustrating, and I wasn't aware that you printed a clear sticker and stuck it to the condom wrapper - some of which were not stuck properly aligned on the condoms. I was under the impression that they were printed directly on the condom wrapper. Overall not bad, but could have been a better experience.

I made and order of 100 condoms of the most basic package which had my bands logo on them for the purpose of distributing at a festival. When the order shipment confirmation never came I called and spoke to a representative. They said my order was lost and had to be placed again. I was worried it would not arrive in time, but it actually came the day it was originally supposed to.
