I really appreciated the ability to design and play with the design online. However, I found the design software to have a number of limitations . I also found that it would have difficulties letting me move to different parts of the design. I found the advanced options feature totally worthless as it change my entire design when I went to it and was not easy to use. However, after a decent amount of effort I was able to design the chip I wanted and order it.

I needed a different color stack of chips to complete a set I had purchased, so why not have custom chips made. Within a day or two of placing the order, I received an email stating the color I requested was back ordered and I could wait for it to come in or choose another color. The email included the choices for an alternate color, which I picked and responded to in the email and that was it. I did not need to anything else, no need to reorder, send separate emails, just respond. Doesn't get easier than that! Even with all the foul weather recently, the chips were made, shipped and arrived sooner than the expected arrival date. How can you go wrong? The chips themselves are great. I ordered clay chips and my choice of images on both sides. The images came out excellent, the weight of the chips feel perfect and the price per chip was one of the best I found. Between the choices available, the customer service and the cost for chips, I am already thing of creating more chips to give as gifts. Thank you Poker Depot.
