I was fooled by the fantastic website and instant proofing. Site claims 2-5 day turnaround but 28 days after they had taken my money I was wondering what kinda hot mess I had gotten myself into. I discovered this St Pete FL address is listed as 3 different poker chip companies. No way to call any of them, chat always unavailable, poor communications through website trouble ticket and email. Sent first order that was clearly part ours and part someone else’s on either side. Finally got corrected order, printed too dark for clarity and to late for our event. Our chips were dated for the annual event so a big waste all around. Definitely will not be using St Pete Co again, or any company that has no phone numbers on website. Too close for comfort, lesson learned.

They were made exactly as I designed them, were easy to design and very well done!

I left send several requests to be updated on status and never received a response. The finished product does not match my proof. You arbitrarily darkened the background of our logo Caio it to be hard to read. Very dissatisfied.

In terms of price, lead time and customer service - that is firm 5+ stars !!! In terms of quality - firm 3.5 stars in my case only. I assume if you don’t have thin lines around your design you would get one of the best quality print/product you expect. However in my case with the edge line around the design the print required a bit more attention or accuracy. In any case I do recommend cooperation with Poker Chips!
