The company shipped fast and boxing was sturdy but the cage itself was horribly designed. It was missing screw holes and had some in the wrong place. Took over 2 hours to put it together because of the lack of holes and the directions where not the best either. They were okay but I think they can be improved.

All the other reptile sites I seen had horrible reviews on how they packed their stuff especially the t5 bulbs and seen so many good reviews here so I ordered a few things along with the Arcadia t5 luminize with extra bulbs and they go above and beyond with protecting the bulbs so they don't get broke during shipping highly recommend pangea!

Buying a live soul online, WAS a little daunting for me. After sending an email to Pangea, I got a very fast reply from "Nick". Putting this expecting dad at ease with the shipping process. Also gave me suggestions on my habitat, after sending him a pic. I ordered what was needed from Pangea, easy and quick service. After this first experience with Pangea, I will be get'n all my reptile needs, including live reptiles, from Pangea.

The selection of nutritional food is almost overwhelming! I couldn't decide, so I got the sample pack. This way my baby can try them all. The prices are great and the products are amazing! I have already told other Gecko owners about this awesome company!

I definitely have a lot of good things to say about this starter kit! Addressing the elephant in the room-- the free gecko, I am absolutely AMAZED. The gecko I got is nothing short of perfect. Pretty much exactly what I had wanted my first crestie to look like. And that makes it all the more crazy to me that I got this cutie for FREE! In terms of the kit itself, everything included in the kit is of a high quality and meets the expectations I had for the kit! With all of this being said, I do have 1-2 minor critiques. I feel like the inclusion of the Pangea carpet isn't really necessary, though that could very well just be me. I have concerns that it could harbor bacteria, regardless of how frequently it's being washed. I'm personally opting for a layer of paper towels on the bottom of the terrarium instead, mostly just to make cleanup a bit easier. This is mostly just my opinion, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to share it! Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchases from Pangea! I'll definitely be buying more from them soon.

Receiving the delivery took quite a while, but Pangea initiated the shipment all but immediately after the order was placed. I really appreciated that! The order was packed with phenomenal care. Every item arrived fully intact and in pristine condition. Setup was incredibly easy and I was ecstatic to see the enclosure came with a false back already attached! My gargoyle gecko has been thriving in his new home and absolutely loves all the plant items it came with. He is obsessed with the watermelon flavor of his food too LOL. It really is all you need for a starter enclosure. The fact they include a mist container, squeeze food bottle and food cups is above and beyond. The squeeze bottle/misting bottle are top quality. I am beyond please with this purchase and fully expect to continue to come to this site for all my future needs. My little Grover is going to be so excited to try the full line of food flavors I'm sure =)
