Bag ColorThe quality of the kraft bags we ordered was inferior. We moved to the rice paper bags that did not look at all color wise as the sample I was sent. Sent an email to Betty a while ago and still haven't heard back. Sorry guys but you're not the only company selling bags (thankfully). We won't be ordering again from you

Great, attentive customer service!My representative Betty-Lee is always there to answer all questions. She calls periodically to check on my inventory and is always pleasant and cheery. Very happy with the product too!!
