Exactly the product I was looking for at a great price and the shipping was 2 days FASTER than anticipated!!

A little annoying. I kept receiving a notice that my order was still sitting in my cart, although I had already paid for and completed it. I emailed twice regarding it, because I also did not receive a confirmation email (although I saw it was complete on the website), and never received a response. Shipping was quick, as usual.

Very good experience. I office girl caught that I order an unusual code from previous order, so she called me on the phone. We got that corrected right away, but...that made a price change...so she sent me a link & that also was corrected in a timely manor.

Knowledgeable staff, helping me decide on the best packaging. Very satisfied.
