At first I was only giving you4 stars but I changed my mind and made it 5 the reason for that was I would keep getting texts for the same stuff over and over. Other then that it was good.

At times I was confused by the process, due to multiple emails. I also had to change my representative with your firm, as my first representative appears to have left the company. After that things went smoothly. So, unfortunately, a 4 rather than a 5.

I had a very good experience with OpenRoad Lending, everyone was very Professional and knew they job which I really appreciate.

I would have gave a full five stars but I was told I would get a 10.9% interest rate instead I got a 15% interest rate kind of not what I was promised from the beginning
