Open Road Lending is a good company but when I asked for my Paid in Full letter some of the people were rude. I asked them to email it to me and they told me they would email it but it would take 7-10 business days to get. I was also told they were going to mail me the letter but still haven't received it. I called again and I was told I wouldn't get an email if I didn't request the form through customer service and I had already been waiting for the letter 8 days when they finally informed me. 10 days later I'm still waiting..

Bryce was excellent to work with and patient with receiving my paper work and answering all my questions. I was unaware Openroad sold my loan to Westlake. I received information in the mail and to resubmit my auto payment draft. It all work it out, I just didn't know. The loan details did not change.

The communication, well lack of communication is why I didn't give a higher rating. I would contact the representative I was working with and it almost always took at least a day if not more to get a response. The last time I tried to get a hold of her, I messaged her 3 times before I got a response.
