Such bull and misleading. I want to also adv I will be contacting Better Business Bureau to adv that the company doesn't explain they will farm out the loan and let all those company hit my credit report. This company is no more than an user.

The process was very easy and fast. I now have a substantially lower interest rate and lower payments.

This was a very simple quick process. Any questions I had all I had to do was call or email. Was a very great experience. Would recommend to my family and friends.

the refinance is pretty much the same loan I had initially, but for 60 months. for whatever reason, they will not approve 36 months, so I have to take 60 months at almost the same cost I am already going to owe. the only reason I accepted the refinance is that openroad allows me to make larger payments that go directly to the principle, which honestly wasn't really worth the hit to my credit score for the hard inquiry

the paper work I signed was for 521 and when it's done they send me paper work for 524 that I didn't sign

Was able to lower my payment and my interest rate. The process took some patience but the results were worth my patience. I recommend OpenRoad Lending - they are diligent with their paperwork and make sure that they have everything in place before closing a refinanced loan.
