Long wait time when calling back

Getting the appropriate paperwork sent was a challenge as I do not have a Smart phone and had to use other means available to me, but I must agree that the services were very good otherwise. Maggie was quite good at getting in touch with me concerning necessary information.

The entire process went smoothly, especially considering it was done exclusively online with a handful of calls explaining necessary paperwork to complete the transaction. I was able to cut the interest rate I had been paying, by more than half, compared to the dealership’s gouging rate. I would definitely recommend OpenRoad Lending for your vehicle finance needs!

Didn’t like that I wasn’t told who I was getting loan through before it was all said and done I deleted emails from the company because I didn’t know.
