Overall good professionalism and customer service, BUT my husband and I were very disappointed when our interest rate went from 8.64 to 11.99 once my husband sent in his paystub. We were NOT notified that this COULD happen ahead of time and were quite disappointed. We were very excited about 8.64 and paying over $100 less. Please let your customers know ahead of time that their rate MAY change once you all receive the paystubs please.
