Only reason Im giving a 2 because the service was great. The issue is that they added GAP coverage and Service contract fees without asking me or verbally telling me. Cost 2,500.00. So NOW I have to email separate vendors and cancel and have to worry about sending confirmation to the lender so they credit that amount to the principal. Which is a nightmare to do. Horrible experience.
Thanks for the reply. But when a consumer is ONLY seeking a refinance doesn’t mean you can add things without verbally mentioning it. Paperwork was presented and at no point did the representative mention the 2500.00 dollar add ons. You took advantage of a customer that had the trust in your company to REFINANCE my loan. Not add subtlety add things and lean on the fact that it was in the paperwork. Poor business practice and excuse.
