Overall it was a decent experience. Only issue was delivery of documents had to be repeated several times due to misspellings. Other than that it was fine.
It was hard contacting someone by phone and having to leave a message and wait and often I would get two call backs regarding the matter which the first person already helped me. The process was long but easy to send the information to them via text. Having to get something notorized took some effort to find someone in a rural town that was open during the times my boyfriend could go and sign.
It was fairly easy to complete the forms needed. The time from filling out the application to the time my previous loan was paid off was less than a week. The only issues that I had/have is when trying to obtain the completed paperwork the process failed completely. I had to open each page one at a time and take a screenshot of the page then save to my pictures then print them. This was the only way I had a printed copy of my refinance loan.
Thanks for your comments Kathy and I'm sorry you had trouble accessing your documents. They should have been available to you as a pdf file as that is how our system is set up. I will be sure to forward your issue to our IT department so they can look into it. Hopefully the money you saved on your new refi will make up for the inconvenience.

The experience of refinancing my auto loan, was a huge saving in my book. It was a first. Open Road lending, has change my whole financial out look on the value of dollars. My scores will improve base on qualifying for even more savings. It has change the way I spend my money.
I was happy to find an option to pay less on my car loan each month, but the flyer I received mentioned more of a discount than I actually got. Don't get me wrong saving money is great! So, maybe, down the line, I'll be able to save even more?
