Exceptional

The staff who reviewed the documents took forever. Took so long that needed documentation had to be completed because it exceeded 30 days for a refi and a new pay off had to be obtained from the original lender. When we returned documents for them to review, days later they would contact us and tell us additional documentation was needed and sent us the same forms. This happened repeatedly and resulted in the monthly payment being higher than what they originally quoted due to their failure to process the documents as they received them.

The process was easy and I hope to refinance my other car soon.

It was way to long of a progress. About a month. Paying more than I was told for a month. I made a payment to CPS , my old loan and nothing was done with that. But I am saving each month..Will not go through this again!

To be honest it was not a pleasant experience At all! When I purchased my car it took a matter of a few hours! This refi I received a letter stating 12.9/$150 savings in the end after a nerve racking I believe 3 maybe 4 Weeks I received 16.9/$40 savings had I known this in the beginning I would not have started! She was in vacation behind etc etc then I had to ask for a supervisor so many extra things were asked for at different times I didn’t not receive messages! I just hope the payment process goes a lot smoother!! Thank you
