The process was pretty straight forward, only a few minor hiccups. If you are new to this sort of thing then OpenRoad would be the way to go, they guide you through everything step by step.

Was surprised to get a letter in the mail offering to cut my current rate in half. Wow was I surprised that it actually happened and I lowered my payment over $200 per month! The staff was very responsive and the whole process only took a couple of days! Well worth the time spent!
