We talked with Dan, the rep, about what we wanted. He measured and wrote up an illustration of exactly what was to be done, and gave us a very reasonable price. We were having a carport built at the same time, so there were some conflicts with the installation time that were unavoidable on our part, and that NEO Fence took in their stride. When we finally were able to give them the go-ahead to install the fence, it was completed within a three-day period. We are totally satisfied with the professionalism and work done by the installers, and we love our fence! We would recommend NEO Fence in the future with no hesitation.

They worked with us free of charge in trying to figure out if a fence would be possible. We had struggles mostly because we had easements on our property. They helped us call the city and try to sort out the details. Finally, we had to decide that we couldn't do it for a variety of reasons. We offered to pay them for their services, but they said "No". They were really great!

Very happy with the entire process. The sales rep was able to set an appointment the same week and I had an estimate the day after. He was very helpful in helping identify the best plan for our family which includes a small dog. Within 2 weeks I was called to set a schedule for the installation crew to meet with me and sink the posts. We had some weather issues, but the office team kept me updated on the change of schedule and the installation team was very helpful in identifying the exact/correct boundary for what our needs are. They also made sure to extend the fence as low to ground per my request for our small dog. The two gentlemen who installed the fence were excellent. The attention to each detail in the process was appreciated. They completed the fence in one working day and came back after an installation the next day to complete my gate installation and clean up on overtime. They were friendly and efficient and the craftsmanship skill of the crew is obvious now seeing the completed project. I have received many compliments from neighbors, family and friends and I would recommend NEO for any future fence installation needs. Only slight complaint is cleanup of soil/rock left behind from sinking posts. It was quite a challenge to clean up yard after installation and find a place for all that soil/rock. But I consider it a small price to pay for the quality of the final product.

The job went very well. David and Jim worked very hard and paid close attention to detail. There were some communication issues because I didn't understand some of the terminology they used in the fence business. But this was resolved by Jeremiah (salesperson) and Jim (owner). I discovered later that were a few empty nail holes which I easily fixed myself. I think their nail gum shot a few blanks. Now, over a year later, the fence looks great and is great shape even considering the terrible winter we had.

Inquired about fencing via Angie's List with my contact information and didn't even get any kind of response! Disappointing!

NEO Fence and Deck installed a wood privacy fence along one side of my property, and a chain link gate across the driveway. The estimator prepared the written proposal at the time he came to measure. It was detailed and easy to understand. They completed the job in the time frame indicated in the estimate. They were quick to replace a split fence board and to install the caps on the chain link posts that were left off during the installation. This is the second job I have used them for. Both properties look great. The price was in the lowest of three estimates.

Since I had my fence installed I have had 4 people that I don't know come up to the house and asked who did the fence because it looks so good! Not to mention all my friends and family love it! Awesome work. Awesome customer service. I couldn't be happier!

All went pretty well. When we wanted damaged wood replaced it was. The only real issue is that we asked for 3" spacing which should have been small enough to keep our dog(s) from slipping through the fence. The spacing was very inconsistent, and several places are visibly more widely spaced.

We got them off of Angie's List. We liked them very much, they were very competitive, they were thorough, the guys that came out and did the work did really well. It was very rainy and muddy, but they didn't care. They left the garage muddier than I would care for, but it was no big deal. They accidentally knocked over one of the little walkway lights, and they paid to have it repaired.

We would recommend NE Ohio Fence to ANYONE!!!! Bob (the representative) was very friendly and professional, Heather (the office guru) gave quick and precise answers, the installation team (SEVERAL hard-working individuals men) quickly and professionally installed a combination privacy/chain-link six-foot fence around our whole yard in three days. Cleaned up/hauled away all debris and restored yard as much a could be done (with no thanks to Mother Nature). Would recommend HIGHLY to anyone looking for a great company!!!!

They were very speedy and friendly. There were some inclement weather issues but they called ahead to let me know if they would be late or wouldn't be there.

It went very good. He gave a price to install the fence but wasnt sure if I would be needed because of the possibility of selling the house. It was a fine price. I would chose if I decide to install the fence.
