The work was done over the span of 8 days (Saturday - Saturday). On the first Saturday they cut down the old fencing and set the new posts in cement. One the following Saturday they came out and built out the remainder of the new fencing. The new fencing looks great and the craftsmanship is good. The crew of two acted very professionally as well. The new gate isn't ideal, as it has pretty large gaps on the sides, but it functions well and since it's built on a metal frame will last a long time. unfortunately the hinge and latch hardware causes there to been larger than desired gaps on the sides of the gate. Overall I'm happy with the project.

North East Ohio Fencing and Deck came out and gave me a quote right away. They scheduled the job and installed the fencing in a timely manner. The fencing looks great and is very sturdy. I was not home when they were installing the gates. When I saw that they were installed differently than I expected, they came out and changed it at no charge. The fence is beautiful and I get many compliments on it. I recommend them highly.

They did a really nice job. Had to put two posts really close to house and neighbor's garage. Gate works great and looks really good from street and up close. Feels very sturdy. Have had the gate for more than a year now and I am very pleased with how it has held up through two pretty hard winters.

Installed 6 foot white vinyl privacy fence on our uneven lot. Small area but uneven. First crew was very unproductive. Stood around a lot during the day. Did not inform us that the neighbor stated they were putting the fence on his property - put it there anyhow and then had to tear it down. Due to weather we had half a fence for a couple weeks. Hank is excellent. Second crew he sent out finished quickly and professionally. Had to call Hank to have them come back out and clean up all the dirt they left behind. Again had to call Hank twice because wind blew the fence caps off. I think this is a good company with which we had an inferior crew to begin with but Hank will work with you to get things done. Now that it is all over with we are very happy with our fence and it looks very nice. Cost was in the middle of the bids we had received.

Quote process went well, but once installation started experienced a few problems. One gate was completely mis-installed as it was not the right size for the space. Installer deviated from the quoted drawing in another area, extending the fence too long. After the fact there were quite a few missed nails on boards as well. When these problems were brought up, NEO Fence was quick to send someone out and fix them. For this reason I am giving them a B. An A company would have done it right the first time, but they did make good on their workmanship. I would recommend them, but be advised you have to pay attention to the details for them depending on the crew they send out.

They built a lovely custom fence to frame the driveway of mom's beautiful home in Akron, OH. Hank and Heather were very professional. They were very busy so my mom didn't think they did it fast enough, but she is so pleased with the quality!

NE Ohio Fence and Deck sent a representative to my house for an estimate. Hank was professional, efficient, and explained everything to us in detail, and answered all our questions. He then went to measure the area. A week later, after having a few estimates from a few companies, I had a question regarding the initial plan of the fence. I spoke to hank, and he came out to my house again to remeasure and redraw the fence schematic. I was given a date for installation and it was actually moved up a few days. The workers came out, mapped out the area where the the fence was going to go, trimmed some trees and even carted away the limbs. They installed all the posts in about a day, and returned the next day to put up all the fence panels. The returned a few days later to put up the gates. Overall, I was extremely happy with their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fencing. I will say, that I got 4 estimates for the job. Their pricing fell right in the middle.

The builder arrives on time and with the proper materials, and within 5 hours, he had extended our privacy fence 18 feet. He even worked in the sprinkling rain, and it looked great! We've enjoyed the extended fence all summer and it's held up well to the rain and weather and is still in great condition. We look forward to having the fence stained next year and enjoying it for years to come. We would highly recommend Northeast Ohio Fence and Deck to anyone who wants a professional company with friendly employees who do quality work. We will definitely call them in the future for any further needs.

All went very well and I am pleased with the fence. Everyone from the salesperson, to the office personnel, owner, and installers, were helpful and very pleasant. It was evident they wanted to please the customer. I needed a minor repair a few weeks later and they came out in timely manner and fixed the problem. Very impressed!
