Hank was the estimator who came out to quote our project. We were originally looking at vinyl fence but we were shown some aluminum options and that's what we ended up going with. They quoted several different options for us for both vinyl and aluminum fence. The installers worked extremely quickly and put everything up in 2 days, with only a few feet of fencing and hanging gates left to be done after the first day. The installers also brought a couple of different options for hinges and latches with them to show me, and were great about changing from what I'd originally asked for once I saw the options. Only a few months after the install, a storm felled a large tree onto the fence, destroying about 35ft of it. They were again great about coming out quickly to work up a quote, and did a great and timely job of repairing it once I gave them the go-ahead.

They were very good. There was no charge for that estimate. The guy was definitely an A. They're a little expensive to put up a fence; it was coming in at eight grand and I'm not doing a fence for eight grand.

It went really well. In fact we are using them to do something else. They were excellent. The head crew fellow named Josh, had three fellows with him and they worked all day. They came first to put in all of the posts, and a week later they came to hang the fence. They were efficient. They cleaned up. They talked to us throughout the day about what was being done. We couldn't be happier with it. The price was reasonable. We did play phone tag. We had a little problem with the city for the permit. Because it was near the holidays, it was hard to get the job going. They could've been a little more effective with that. It wasn't their problem, but a city problem. They would call before they were coming, and show up on time.

I called up Neo Fence and they came out to measure the fencing for a quote. I even requested a taller fence post for my dog run line and they factored it in with no problem. Bob who came out to do the quote was very professional and had samples of different fences for me to see as well as digital photo samples on his mobile iPad. Within 48 hours, I received my quote via email and while I waited for the insurance company to see if they were going to pay for this. Neo Fence was very understanding of my current situation that work wasn't going to start immediately. Once the down payment was paid, they came out to remove the fencing sections and were very professional when they arrived and finished the job in a timely fashion. Four to five days later they returned to put up the fencing and once again very professional and fence was put up and was very satisfactory. I definitely like that Neo Fence put my fencing directly up against my neighbors garage so I didn't have to worry about how to eliminate that gap on my own.

We dealt with Hank at first. He came out when he said he would-even in the pouring rain. He gave us an estimate and was not pushy at all. We did decide to hire them. His crew called and let us know when they would be coming and did an excellent job. I had to reach out to Hank for a few questions, and he always responded back to me within at least a day. The fence looks amazing. We have received several compliments on it. Most importantly, the service was great and the response time was great.

They were good, but when I needed something, like my driveway gate, they didn't respond to me right away. My driveway gate I wasn't happy with and they wouldn't repair it to my satisfaction. The workers were great.

Within four five days it was done. I had gotten three estimates and they actually were higher than my lowest estimate but they matched that lowest estimate to get my business and they were really good. They were just very friendly nice guys very you know when your fencing a half an acre it's not just flat you know I mean they were really considerate about the fact that I had dogs and that you know it was important to me that the fence be put in as low to the ground as possible, really carefully and they did an exceptional job, they really did a painstaking wonderful job.

We love our fence, it looks beautiful. They were responsive when there were areas that needed to be tweaked. During our consultation/estimate, this company was professional and actually sat down with us to go over the measurements and numbers, as opposed to just emailing a quote. They gave us a very fair price. Several family members have also used this company for fence installation and had positive experiences. We would highly recommend them.
