It was a great experience! The representative was very knowledgeable and didn't give me more than I asked for; he just did his job. He also helped us split the cost with our neighbor since it was a shared fence.

They were good. We had some issues with the filing of the permit. They made the mistake but they fixed it. We were happy with their work.

The service was by far the absolute best. This is a high-end fence made of cedar wood with double support suspension. I would not hesitate to use NE Ohio fence in the future - in fact, I plan to have them back to build a deck and stain my fence in the spring.

Got a call late in the evening the first day we requested an estimate, came out the next day, measured and gave us an estimate on the spot, we used them and they were complete with the chain link fence around garden and the wood fence door install in a few weeks. Price may have been a bit high but the service was good, response time was quick, people were friendly and professional. I'd use them again and recommend them to others.

Ower of the company stopped by our house twice to make certain we were getting the fence we wanted. He provided illustrations and photos of possible options and was honest about pricing. Owner and crew were pleasant to work with and professional in nature. We recieved quotes from this group and found the pricing competitive with other quotes, however, NE Ohio fence seemed much more professional and friendly than other companies in the area. We were very pleased with the result of the project.

I phoned for an estimate, Paul arrived within the week and reviewed the floor, told me he would have his carpenter come by and check it over and then called me with an estimate to complete repair.Paul came by after the carpenter and I paid a deposit for work to begin a few days later.The carpenter, Dieter arrived on time, and was clean, quick and very efficient. He did a very nice job and left the floor ready for me to paint which I had requested.All in all, I really liked this company,Paul and Dieter were super professional and the work was done within 2 weeks from the initial call to them.They did what I asked for, no hassle at all.Friends have remarked that you can not even tell where the repair was done, a perfect fit! Rick came out to give us an estimate of the job and types of fences available. Given the work involved, I thought he gave us a fair price. A week later, the guys came out and tore down the old fence and set the new posts. They came back the following week to put up the new fence. They were very professional and did an outstanding job! We love the new fence and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Jeremy (spelled Jeremiah) came out on April 1 to see the fence that needed to be replaced. He explained my options and let me look through a book of photos of the fences to choose the style I wanted. I found one I liked, but I wanted to be sure my neighbors would like it too, so Jeremy emailed a photo to me later that day so I was able to show the neighbors what I had chosen. They liked it so much, they asked if the company could add an additional six foot section of fence on their property as well. I called Jeremy and he quickly agreed that they could do the additional work and gave me the quote for the additional work right then on the phone. The installers came 3 weeks later and removed the existing fencing and dug holes and installed the new fence posts. One week later they returned to install the new fencing. Each time I had a message from the company telling me that the workers would be there the following day. I am completely satisified with the work. The fence is exactly what I wanted, it looks great. I couldn't be happier.

I am getting a brand new beautiful gate for free. I don't have to pay for it. The company has been wonderful. They are easy to work with. They have been very good about calling the city and the permit and taking care of things for me. They are reasonable. They are willing to work with us because we had no idea what kind of fence we wanted. I went to them because the city wanted us to go ahead and find someone to do the work. They are very professional. They are very willing to work with us and help us come up with a design for the gate. We weren't sure that the city would pay for a wood gate so the guy worked with us and came up with a few estimates for us in case the city balked about paying for a wood fence since we had a chain link fence. And if they did we could at least get the insurance part taken care of and we could pay the difference. Rick came out to give me an estimate the same day I called him. We had just adopted a new energetic dog, and we were in a hurry to get a fence installed for him. Rick was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He explained the various fencing options, and helped me choose the best one for our needs. His employees started the fence as soon as they got the city permit. They worked through cold weather and a lot of snow, which also meant that they had to move/remove a lot of snow and ice as they did the installation. They didn't charge us any additional fees for this. Rick's employees were experienced, very detail-oriented, prompt, and friendly. They asked me questions as needed to make sure they were installing the fence exactly the way I wanted it. Our neighbor has an outdoor water pumping system to remove excess water from his yard; Rick's employees found that part of it was in our yard. They discussed it with me and with our neighbor, and removed the necessary part from our yard to both my and my neighbor's satisfaction. I am extremely happy with the entire overall process and installation. Our fence looks beautiful; in addition to giving our dog the freedom of running around our back yard, it makes the overall appearance of our property look nicer. I was also very happy that Rick was able to begin work so fast after my initial contact, and that the entire fence was installed so quickly. He understood how eager we were to get the fence installed for our dog, and his employees worked through bad weather to make it happen. We plan to hire them to seal our fence once warmer temperatures are here, and plan to discuss a future patio/deck project with them as well.

They were decent but we didn't use them because we got a less expensive quote. We got a total of three quotes. Many of the companies that came out just wanted to replace the total fence. They were professional.

Jeremy, the sales person couldn't have been more professional and responsive. He arrived, quickly understood my needs, and made thoughtful suggestions. He prepared the estimate on the spot, which included a good drawing. He was able to email a proposal which was very convenient. He scheduled the job quickly which I also appreciated. The only thing that he overlooked was telling me about the locator service which was included in the price. I was a little shocked when I looked out the window and saw the neon paint all over my grass and all the little flags. Of course, you should have a locator service if you're going to be digging, I just would have liked a heads-up. The installers were top notch. David has been in the business for a long time and he brings not only experience, but very high standards to the work. He and DJ, adapted the plan to improve the function and aesthetics of the fence. They were also friendly, thoughtful, and considerate. They even hand-held a nervous neighbor through some of it--and all this in very cold weather. They were also meticulous about removal and clean up. Finally, one of the things that I was dreading was dealing with my dog, who's used to having the run of the yard, while the job was in progress. The installers knew about this and went overboard to minimize the time that the fence would be down.

We contacted several fence installers, each with a different estimate but all within several hundred dollars of each other. We choose NEO Fence from our impression during the estimate. NEO was the most responsive and when we questioned his findings on the length of fence to be installed, he checked several times and even walked the fence line with me to verify the installation location. Turns out that other fence installers were cutting the length in order to appear to have a lower bid. Living in Strongsville, installation permits were required and NEO Fence took care of all requirements. We had to push back the start date in order to get a property survey to satisfy the city's requirements but NEO communicated with us through the process. Installation began on the agreed date with the crew arriving as they promised. The crew's foreman, Hank, contacted me and ensured we were ready to proceed and asked to verify the location. On the first day they marked each post location and ran a line. Posts holes were dug and installed with concrete. They returned after the weekend and installed the fence and gates in one day. On completing, Hank again checked with me to make sure I was happy with the installation and if I had any questions. He answered my questions on care and maintenance and said to call if there were any problems. Two days after the installation, the owner called to follow up on the project and asked how the fence looks and if there were any problems and how the project went. Throughout the process I felt they were honest and the most responsive. I would use this company again.

Excellent, they had to come back to catch a couple of things. I had to do a little work that they did not do (nail a few boards they missed). Only real complaint is that they mixed cement in the grass and left a bit of a mess.

Northeast Ohio Fence installed a cedar split rail fence with 2 gates around our back yard in 1999. We were happy with their work then, so we didn't shop around for this project.

They arrived when they were suppose to, However they were delayed a couple week because of all the rain. They did great work. They took away the old fence. They were very polite and were willing to change something if we wanted it. They were very fast in getting it installed.
