A very straightforward process on the website to hire the saxophone. Delivered by Royal Mail. Would have been good to have some basic instructions with the saxophone for instance fitting of reed and general use and care of the instrument.

Great Service

It was easy quick and efficient. Flute arrived this morning and plays well. It would be useful to have a shoulder strap to attach to the case as it will be carried by an eleven year old with other bags to carry.

Bad experience with delivery, was told three separate days that I needed someone to be in the house but it wasn't delivered. It was very frustrating to try and organise people to be in the house for delivery!
