My son was struggling with a cello I bought for him elsewhere. I decided to consider hiring a cello and found Musical Instrument Hire online. I spoke with Richard who was extremely helpful. I ordered a cello which arrived very quickly. I was impressed by the quality of the set up and instrument and accessories. The cello from MIH is great. My son is happy and importantly loves to play his instrument again.

My daughters flute needed to be repaired in the month before her grade 3 exam and the repair was to take over 2 weeks. Hiring the flute was so straight forward and it arrived really quickly. My daughter loved it so much she requested she use the hire flute for her exam. I would highly recommend this company.

I sent my daughters flute in for a full service. It came back looking like a brand-new flute and had been carefully looked after. Very easy to work with this company because you simply ask for service and they send you a post slip. They then have a look at the instrument, quote for the repair or service. You pay up and they send it back to you! Easy!

I have rented a flute for my son who was just starting out. The charges started immediately, although the flute only arrived a week later. His teacher then pointed out a few problems. I asked at the band I attend if anyone knew about flutes, and found a woodwind repairer, who sorted it out. I did not contact the company, as sending an instrument back would have taken MUCH longer. Overall since all has gone well, and happy with the instrument.
