The process was a breeze from start to finish. We ordered an in-stock model and it shipped when the company said it would ship. Delivery was professional and friendly as was customer service. While the installation took some time, the instructions were easy to follow and totally worth the effort to have a family member, who is a contractor, install the bed. The quality of the cabinetry & mechanisms are top-notch, it's sturdy, well made & and it looks great! We've gotten tons of compliments and those who have slept on it said it was comfortable. NOTE: we used our own mattress. I would definitely recommend Multimo to friends, and in fact, already have. Totally worth the price and I know we will use the horizontal wall bed for a long, long, time.

Excellent customer service and product quality!!! I bought one queen and a bunk bed, and I moved to another apartment, and the Multimo team transferred and installed the beds in our new home.

Overall the whole experience was pretty good. Assembling queen size wall bed was definitely not a simple task for me just because I had limited space to work with, and definitely you need a second pair of hands at certain steps. I had Alex on the video call to help me out as my bed was standing little bit farther from the wall than the bracket was supporting. He was very helpful. I can surely say that customer service is excellent. I did have some dilemmas about certain assembling steps. You have to match the picture and look for the details of what goes where. In some steps some screws were not pictured, so I have to use deduction and some logic. I would give 7 of 10 for clarity of the instructions. Either way, the quality of materials is very good, packaging was very good. The lifting mechanism is smooth and works very well. My bed has a white surface and we covered the front by a 'wall mural' to make a nice appearance.

While there was some hick up on my wall bed (not closing properly), customer service is extradionary and try to help me solve the problem via video chat. Technician came to ultimately resolve the problem. Very satisfy with the service and the product.

Very responsive company. I had a number of questions about the bed, and they were all quickly answered (and by someone who works right in the showroom, and seems to know the products well). For example, I was worried about how the bed packages would be configured when they arrive (questioning if I would be able to handle them on my own, or if I would need another person to help). The delivery went smoothly (through the shipping company they hired) - only a few of the packages required more than one person to manage them, and at most 2 people were needed - and none of the pieces were damaged, and we had no missing parts. There are quite a few parts (bolts and nuts, etc.). It took 2 of us (one who is used to making cabinets) about 5 hours to put this twin sized murphy bunk bed together (that is 2 beds that fold up into the wall). So it is some effort; the instructions could use some additional details, but the company is so responsive that everything can be figured out.

We purchased a murphy bunk bed for our girls and they love it. We live in the San Francisco area and Alex (owner) had an installer come put the unit together. Even easier than buying from a local furniture store, except we couldn't actually go and try it out. Hope they open a store out here.

I have been soooo excited to receive my bed wall. To be honest, I've wanted one for decades. The bed took awhile to get to me due to COVID19 and the sales people were great about communicating with me to get it delivered. The delivery and build out was soooo fast and efficient. I was very impressed. Now that it's here, I LOVE IT!!!. It's so easy to put down and put away. I love my cabinet too. I have so much space to use... currently for my sheets and pillows and workout, now everyday clothes. I am waiting for the couch and ottoman now. Once those two pieces arrive I will be in new apartment heaven!!!

I ordered the Rincon Compact Full/Double Murphy Bed and to be honest since I didn’t find many reviews on it I was hesitant to purchase this item, but with Alex helping me and putting an ease to all my worries I bought the bed. Honestly 10+ for customer service he is awesome I would’ve never made the purchase if it wasn’t for the great customer service. There were some minor adjustments that had to be made to complete the installation, but nothing crazy. It all worked out, it took about an entire day to complete we began around 9AM and finished at 11PM with a few breaks In between. Truly a this bed is wonderful, you may think it’ll work maybe just as a guest bedroom set but this is our main bed. We work from home and enjoy this bed set. It’s an awesome deal you have A bedroom set, an office and a lounging area at the same time plus it’s very elegant.

Good product at some of the more affordable prices for this kind of modern Italian design space-saving furniture. This brand delivers on the looks and functionality but also incorporates quality components to ensure long term satisfaction. Multimo offers longer term 0% financing through cooperating banks which helps quite a bit with making the purchase possible, that is in fact the only way I could afford it. The owners are very pleasant, true to their word, and will try to help you get what you need. They have an excellent installation crew (shout out to Demi and Carlitos) which is often where these kinds of transactions go sideways so nothing to worry about here. For additional peace of mind Multimo offers a decent warranty which means they stand behind their product, to them reputation matters -- hopefully I will not have to use it. If you need this type space-saving solution Multimo provides it with the same quality and better service than other pricer outlets.
