NOT AN OFFROAD BIKE!!!!I love the bike but it is worthless for off road riding. The kickstand hangs down so low it catches on the ground and stops the bike. I almost went over the bars on my first ride. There is only 2 1/2" clearance from the ground. If you are riding on any kind of incline or you get in a rut...WATCH OUT! When I commented to M2S they told me this is a street bike. Why is it called "ALL TERRAIN"? When they say "better offroad capability", Don't believe them. They have a single sided kickstand on the ALL TERRAIN SCOUT that would not be a problem. They said that they needed the forked kickstand on the cargo model. Now I will have no kickstand because I can't risk an over the bars accident at 69 years old. I suggested that a higher pivot point would raise the kickstand out of the way but they blew off that idea. I had planned on using the bike for hunting and wanted the cargo carry capability. One more comment..... The front rack is stationary and takes some getting used to turning while riding.

A 25% off sale was announced 1 week after we received our bikes. We called and asked if the price could be matched, we were pretty rudely told no. It left a very sour taste in our mouth for the whole experience when you consider one of our bikes arrived with paint damage, a bent bolt in the stem and scratched up clamps on one grip.

Title: Terrible Quality and Nonexistent Warranty Support – Avoid M2S! Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars) Review: I am compelled to share my incredibly disappointing experience with M2S, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others considering their products. In one word: AVOID. I purchased an electric bike from M2S with the expectation of a reliable and quality product. What I received was a nightmare from the get-go. The bike's supposed "mountain to sea" capabilities were a far cry from reality. Even on simple paved roads, the defects in this bike's quality became glaringly obvious. From the very beginning, I faced issues. Flat tires plagued me relentlessly, rendering the bike almost unusable. What's worse, M2S simply shrugged off their responsibility, blaming the tire treads and refusing any assistance. It's clear they have no interest in standing behind their product's quality. The brakes followed suit, failing within a mere 60 days. When I sought support, M2S's response was nothing short of an insult. They waved away my concerns as mere "wear and tear," denying coverage and leaving me to deal with the consequences. The suspension system, touted as a feature, was a cruel joke. It was so low that the bike scraped the ground, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable riding experience. Despite being well within the warranty period, M2S's excuses flowed once more, blaming "wear and tear" rather than addressing the glaring design flaw. To top off this miserable experience, M2S sent me the wrong replacement tire, and they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Not only did I have to deal with incorrect parts, but I also had to pay for their blunder. Their customer service was not only incompetent but openly dismissive. Even more astonishing, when my bike's battery died, M2S shockingly claimed that my warranty was voided due to my dispute with American Express. Their lack of accountability and the way they dodge their responsibility is absolutely astounding. In summary, M2S's quality is abysmal, their warranty support is nonexistent, and their customer service is infuriatingly unhelpful. I would never recommend M2S to anyone. This company's disregard for their customers and their products' quality is nothing short of shameful. Do yourself a favor and save your money, time, and sanity. Avoid M2S like the plague and look elsewhere for a company that values their customers and offers products of actual quality. Joel B.
