I have to say I was a little disappointed with the shipping,When my box arrived it was full of holes and the bottom was open. I waited so long for the bike i thought I would roll the dice and accept it from the carrier and worry about bike damage later. There is a few scuffs on the frame and on the battery, my derailleur took a real hit. I spoke with Eric from the company he said if shifting was a problem he would send me out a new one. But as of this review I have not heard back from him. The bike is great though, I love the pedal assist, so far I have 60 miles on it in less than a week. I have taken it in the woods on trails that I have ridden for years on my 29r and now the trails seem all new again. I even enjoy riding the fat tires on the road, my carbon road bike is collecting dust for a while hang on the wall. All an all M2S bikes seems to be a good bike company, I would like some more timely communication with concerns and problems that come up.

This bike is so much fun to ride! I have had the bike for 9 days and have 130 miles on it. I was not riding at all before receiving this amazing bike. My hope was to use it for exercise by commuting to and from work, instead I'm riding it all the time. Well beyond exspectations!!! Eric has also been amazing to work with! I would recommend this bike to beginners as well as seasoned riders! A friend said "its like having a tail wind all of the time!"

The bike was easy to assemble, it feels comfortable to ride even for a person with height of 6'3. the motor runs smooth and adjusts amount of power depending on force of pedaling at start. great bike great price.

Loved this bike so much I purchased second one for family or friends to join me on riding adventures. Also great customer service. Eric is great to work with answering any questions I had.

Just per-ordered my my R750 for a Mid July delivery date. Spoke with Eric on a few bike details and so far the customer service is outstanding and very responsive. More updates and reviews to come as process continues.

I think the title says it all. The bike is incredible, better than I anticipated the only problem I have is that the headlight that came w my r750 doesn't work. Beyond that the performance and charge life are better than I thought they would be. All in all I can't complain

It is a beautiful bad ass bike, I bought all the accessories and will enjoy for many years to come. Eric was very great to work with. I highly recommend.

I am 61 years old and enjoying biking more than ever. Uphill into a headwind is no problem. I purchased it to do rides at a Lake Home I have in Minnesota. It is like having a motorcycle without having to get licensed. The delivery given by Eric was accurate and the Old Dominion shipping was excellent. Easy and fast to assemble and highly recommended.

Buyer beware: I bought a bike from this company and it has been a nightmare. Was promised a free battery to make up for $300 offer I was denied that everybody else got, then Eric says that I was not. I have all the texts between us and emailed them to Eric to "refresh" his memory, but he refuses to now acknowledge any communication. No texts, no calls, so support, no integrity from this company. Of note, chain was broken upon delivery, and I had to have it replaced at local bike shop. Front end has a clunk, but no support for these issues either. If you're considering buying an ebike, avoid this company. No customer support, no honesty, no integrity from Eric. I only give it one star cuz you can't give less.

The bike itself is very good. It's just a little too big for me. I had to make some modifications to make it more comfortable ride. Eric has communicated to me on occasion when I need assistance but does response quickly to inquiries.

I went to e-bike expos, local e-bike stores and did a lot of on line research. I wanted an e-bike to ride 9 miles up and down some hilly terrain to work. I previously rode my bike 2 miles, hopped the train w my bike and rode 1 more mile to work. Parking at work is a nightmare. I actually bought another bike, rode it for two days and returned it. I then called Eric and ordered the bike. It was hard to wait for it to arrive. We also had a glitch, that honestly was pretty frustrating. The speed sensing magnet did not come w the bike. I contacted Eric and he sent one out right away. The bonus of dealing w M2S bikes is how very responsive they are. The downside is you can’t test ride them. All that said, it is a very good bike. It has loads of power for the hills, I haven’t had to charge it yet - the battery really lasts. Even though, as an e-bike its heavier, I can still carry it up the stairs. I wish the handlebars could raise up. Even though it’s not a fat tire bike, it has some pretty hefty tires, a really nice rear rack and a great front fork suspension. The disk brakes are really strong too. The price is much better than other e-bikes. I’d buy it again.

First of all I'm 66 years young :-) 6-1, 215 lbs. have other e bikes, but my MS 2 is the best! I did initially order with solid forks, carbon fibre handle bars, but with my height and long legs, would recommend suspension forks and aluminum bars. Huge plus.. is the weight and ease of riding without power on. The fact that the motor is in the drive train and not he wheel i believe makes this such a sweet ride?! Amazing at 66 I don't have a negative comment. And would recommend this ride to everyone! Plus great after sale service, what more could you ask for.

So far no problems except for the battery display is flashing no bars other than that good so far
