I have a M2S All Terrain with full suspension. Great bike.... Love the bike but my controller gave out so I ordered a new one from M2S and you sent me a 500 watt controller. Problem is My bike is a 750 watt. Can anyone help with this?
Was not good. The items I were sent both came damaged and or used. It was clear they were both thing to be covered up as black sharpie on a scratch doesn’t happen on accident and the other the sales man admitted it has diff screws in form and still wants me to pay full price. What a shame. We have 8 bikes in a group and the service I was given will scare anyone away from another

I received my HT all terrain fat tire in excellent delivered condition. The assembly of the bike was very simple and self explanatory. My first ride was exciting and wanted to test a 750W and was not disappointed! Love it the handling and hydraulic brakes were awesome to say the least. The overall finish is amazing (Black/gray). Thank you M2S staff and company for an incredible electric bicycle product. By the way this is my third electric bicycle. Rad Power and Trek. First two.
Was a bit slow out of the gate but once these guys got on the it they really went out of their way to help, professionally and expediently, would recommend this company.
Rapid turnaround on a firmware issue, but clock not set to proper time. Too much effort? It cost me $45 between shipping and programming for a bike with less than 60 miles on it. Quality bike, but nickel and dime service.
I had a issue with my delivery address and was trying to take advantage of the cyber Monday sale but M2B was closed( i am on the west coast).
When they got back to me the sale was over but not only did they fix the delivery issue but also honored the sale price. This company is a shining example of amazing customer service.
