I am more than satisfied. I have spoke with Rebecckah twice recently and she was very helpful! I am rating HER a 10. I find the system kind of clunky compared to others I have worked with.
It was not an easy fix. John had to work to get the softphone to work. But, he didn't give up -- not, he is a honey badger of "make it happen" support! I would give six stars if that were an option.
