We switched over to Loop Communications due to a lack of customer service from our previous provider. The suggestion to switch to Loop came from our IT provider and he switched his business over to them as well. We had a few hiccups at first, mostly due to issues on our end. I can not begin to compliment the Loop team on how much they are on point to responding to any inquiry or need. 10,000% better customer service response in comparison to who we were using before.
