I began wearing tape in extensions 6+ years ago, and Locks & Bonds was the first company I ordered from. I have tried out a couple other hair extension providers over the years, but I always return to L&B. The hair quality has been CONSISTENT each time. Shipping has been quick, and there have never been any disappointing "suprises" once the package has been delivered and opened. Probably the biggest reason they continue to have my business, is their exceptional customer service. Jim has always been so helpful, and PROMPT, in answering any questions or ordering issues I may have. I can not say the same, for the other "big name" extension providers I have bought from before... Those who treat you as just another dollar sign, nor make an attempt to keep you as a loyal customer. Thank you Jim and L&B for making customer satisfaction a priority!! So rare to find, these days.

Best hair extensions

I have been using extension hair for some time. Most hair is thin and falls out easily. The hair ordered from L & B is by far the best hair I have yet to purchase. I have had it for about 5 months and it still looks exactly the same. Very thick and a perfect match to my hair as far as color and style. The customer service is unlike any other hair extension company I have used. They are US based, text you back, answer the phone and email all promptly. I highly recommend this company on every level and I look forward to my next purchase. The hair is in such great shape though I can probably use it for a whole year! Thank you 🙏
