Helpful staff. Efficient delivery and explanation for operating the beds. No problem changing medium to soft mattress on one of the beds.

From start to finish, buying our bed at Laybrook has been fantastic. The 2 guys who delivered it, put it together and showed us what to do and what not to were really friendly and helpful. Everyone I spoke to to order the bed and who kept me updated on its progress we're also really friendly, helpful and happy to talk to you and even have a laugh...really can't recommend the company, the people who work there and the products enough...and no I'm not a member of staff, just a very grateful customer...thank you...🤗🛌

Excellent service and great product. Sales team very experienced and offer good advice. The installation engineer was very prompt and took little time with the installation. He gave us a very thorough demonstration. Would recommend Laybrook every time.

The beds we purchased have really helped my parents have a better night's sleep. My mum cannot lay flat so this bed has reduced my mum's panic when sleeping and helps her relax better. The man who set up the beds was very friendly and helpful. Based on my experience I would recomend this company.

My daughter recently purchased a recliner chair from this company & absolutely loves it , finds it very comfortable which is a must for her disability . Good deluvery time .

All our special requirements were willingly me, with only a small increase in the cost. Delivery was longer than promised, but eventually the 2 beds were delivered at the promised time and assembled very quickly and efficiently by 2 very pleasant gentlemen. Hence overall our experience was a bit mixed, but we are more than satisfied with the quality and comfort of the beds.

We love the bed we bought. It's helped both of us to sleep so much better and more comfortably, especially as I unexpectedly had to have surgery shortly after buying and it was brilliant for getting to sleep during my recovery - I'd have struggled if I'd had to lie flat. We love the style and the quality. The delivery and put-up by Laybrook was trouble-free, and though it took a bit of time from ordering, you kept us updated. We'd thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much for all of your help with deciding what bed would suit us best. The bed is fantastic and I wish we had gotten it years ago. It took a few days to get used to it but we are delighted with it now. The massager is a real treat. I've been telling everyone they need to get one!
