I was updating my Laybrook bed, because I needed one that I could raise for my PAs. I had the old bed for about 10 years and was extremely happy with its reliability. I also wanted a ripple mattress. Laybrook delivered my order efficiently as promised. Unfortunately the ripple mattress was the bariatric type and I am small, so it didn’t suit me and caused me serious pain and health problems. Louise in Customer Services was so helpful. When there was a slight hiccup in the exchange, she delivered a memory foam mattress personally, and arranged pickup and a full refund for the ripple mattress. Thanks Louise!

My bed is everything that I hoped it would be, from the comfort of the mattress, the ease of being able to sit myself up with the electric control, or when my legs are aching, being able to lift the foot end very easily, to the actual height of the bed. When you order your bed they ask for your height, and I am not sure how they do it, but when the bed arrived it was exactly the right height for me! This may not seem important to many, but when you stay in a hotel and find that the bed is either far too low or high, there can be ramifications that you would not have even thought about... As for the gentleman who delivered and erected the bed, he was very pleasant and polite, and obviosly knew everything about the procedure. So I really wouldn't hesitate in advising anyone to buy from this company - they know what they are doing, and take great care in getting it right.

Excellent customer service. I did need to change an item on the order after delivery and it was handled both swiftly and professionally. I would happily recommend this company to others who might be considering buying an electric adjustable bed.

Laybrook are excellent. I have bought 2 of their electrically adjustable beds (second one with more functions due to my changing needs) and they have changed my life. Both have proved very reliable. Because they build the beds to order, you can have them customised - I had both of mine lowered to accomodate wheelchair transfers. Of course this means you have to wait a while for delivery but it's well worth it. On delivery day they install the bed in the room of your choice and talk you through how the bed works. I would have no hesitation in reccomending Laybrook to anybody.

My bed was delivered just 14 days after order. Laybrook has been a lovely company to do business with. Everything went very smoothly. The catalogue came with a price list. No hidden charges, all very transparent and straightforward. Delighted customer.
