My Laybrook adjustable bed is without doubt the best thing I've ever bought. It is sooo comfy. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and I liked that the beds are made on site. If you want a new bed look no further than Laybrook you won't regret it.

My bed has just been delivered and installed. I am very impressed by the quality of the bed and look forward to using it. I would also like to say how helpful, friendly and efficient the installation engineer, Trevor, is. It was a pleasure to meet him. Trevor explained how the control works, pointed out that the castors can be locked, and took all the packaging away. The sales staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.

this company is so professional to deal with...purchased an adjustable bed before Christmas and they duly delivered bang on schedule, the guy turned up on time to fit it and he explained fully the operation of controls and also restated the guarantee details as well....price was also competitive with other suppliers as well...we needed a double bed with different mattress requirements and that was no trouble either....if you are genuinely in need of a reputable company who do exactly what they promise don't look no further than laybrook for all ur needs...

A great company to deal with, both in friendliness and the good advice on products. My bed was installed by a very polite and helpful young man. The bedroom was left tidy and he even took the plastic away. My bed is so comfortable and helps with my arthritic joints. Would highly recommend Laybrook beds.

I am very happy with my adjustable bed. It is easy to use and very comfortable. I have had to sleep propped up on pillows for 4 years, and now I have no slipping down issues and sleep soundly all night. Everyone I dealt with on phone or fitting engineers we're all pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this British company

Great experience and support

We had the most amazing experience with this company. I can't thank them enough especially the 2 engineers who delivered the bed Firstly the bed arrived earlier than expected so we weren't there to empty my mother in laws room. ( She is 91). No problem. The engineers phoned us. They moved what they needed to and put the old bed outside. By the time we got there it was all set up and ready to go. My partner who had had a flare up of an ongoing condition on that day was struggling. Again no problem the engineers loaded his truck up with the old bed. Whilst they were doing this my mum in law had a funny turn. One of the engineers left what he was doing and helped me. They stayed with us until she was ok. Cant thank these guys enough. Nothing was to much trouble. Very caring. As for the bed it is absolutely amazing can't fault it at all. Everything was explained to us. The service from start to finish was amazing. The bed was more than we had hoped for. Would definitely recommend this company. Cant give them enough praise. Mum in law is so happy with her bed. Thank you Ladbrook beds

We have had our bed about 3 months now and it is great. It was initially bought for me as I suffer very badly with arthritis. We have a split mattress, and my husband who can sleep almost anywhere says it is the most comfortable sleep, he never wakes up with a backache any more either. If you need an adjustable bed this is the company to use. No pushy salesmanship, just great advice on what would be the best bed for your needs. Charlotte was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, giving us her time to decide exactly what we needed.

Recently purchased a 4ft electric bed. Ordering process good. Bed and mattress are excellent. Delivery team were very good and removed old bed. Ordered for delivery in 7-10 days paying the additional £250 which seemed a bit steep but needed the bed asap. Took delivery on day 16 so not as quick as promised but still happy with product

I absolutely love my new bed 🤗 , it’s so comfortable I never want to get out. The service I have received is highly recommended from ordering to delivery and installing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the guy who delivered and installed my bed was very polite and talked me through using the reclining mattress. The first night I got in it was like sleeping on a cloud, it’s so comfortable and so very easy to make. I can highly recommend this firm
