Ordered 2 single mattresses to replace on our electric bed, received phone call a few days later to say they were ready for shipping. Used courier company because we wanted them before Christmas and being in Scotland, it was too late in the year to use their own transportation which only delivers in Scotland a few times a month.

We were really pleased with our purchase and the personal service on delivery was first class. This company was easy to contact and delivery was completed on the timescales promised.We were very pleased with all aspects with our dealings with this company.

We have been really pleased with the bed we purchased. The installation was particularly impressive and the quality versus the cost of the product combine to make it excellent value for money. Whilst the service and advice we received was excellent, if there is a downside it is the showroom which doesn’t give the best of impressions. However, this may be why the product is such good value for money. Nice to see it is manufactured in the UK and is high quality and a good price too.

When the bed eventually arrived., it was swiftly put together and was ready for use. Great. My one criticism is non communication from when the bed is ordered, to myself phoning after 10 days for an update. A quick email would have made all the difference.
