Great product and service

Following a mix up due to possible problem sourcing the required foam for the mattress I had ordered when that was sorted everything went to plan, as expect. The information about delivery was good and the delivery itself went without a hitch. The mattress meets my expectations . The price was somewhat high but providing the mattress lasts it will be money well spent. Communication during via the chat on line was informative and helpful. All round good service.

Overall appositive experience- Some delay in receipt of bed but once contacted they responded quickly

Excellent service, prompt delivery and an extremely comfortable bed.

Excellent service. Easy to order. Very helpful telephone advice. Bed arrived sooner than expected and the delivery driver was really kind and considerate. He arrived very early and waited until he saw mum was up before coming to the door. He set up the bed and made sure they knew how to use it before he left. Superb!

I can not praise Laybrook highly enough. I have delt with a lovely lady called Donna. She has answered all my questions very quickly and efficiently. When the bed arrived We were so impressed with the quality of the product. The engineer was amazing. Very patient with my elderly mum. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Half the price of most places but as good if not better qualiy. Thanks a million all.
