Kollect provides a waste collection service that is essential for households. The junk collection service complements the bin collections. The charges are appropriate and within my budget. What I find most pleasing is the online chat service available between me the customer and the staff. It enables resolution of any queries or problems I might encounter. I started using kollect about 2 years ago and never had a problem with the service my rubbish bin was missed by the company acting on behalf of kollect. I got in contact with Megan from kollect and Megan sorted it out for the bin to be picked up when possible. The customer service in kollect is brilliant compared to all the other rubbish COMPANIES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KOLLECT TO EVERYONE

Kollect have been excellent since we signed up for the three bin collection service almost 12 months ago. They are always available when you need to contact them, super responsive and very flexible to any requests. Always feels like a very personal service, even got a "welcome new baby" card in the post from them! Couldn't ask for better!
