Although, I ended up returning my order (changed mind), I was really pleased with customer service in handling my return. I contacted the shop by email and the responses were always within minutes! Great experience with this company. Website is easy to navigate, videos showing various sized Kigurumi's on models of various height and weight was so helpful. The hedgehog is soft and comfortable to wear and has soft inner stitching so can be worn with or without undergarments. Thank you for a great shopping experience. I'll be ordering more from this company.

I was annoyed that I paid extra for two day delivery and it took longer. Very stressful waiting for it to come. Needed item that week. Product was fine.

Really warm and really comfortable, very cute as well. It's only one layer, with no lining or anything so I'm not sure it's worth the price. Size does fit very well though, even though I am plus size.

They were professional throughout the entire process. I was getting an error with the tracking number and they made sure i received the package when i was supposed to.

You guys have more than one website and the shipment was fulfilled by Amazon instead of your company which was a surprise. It just felt a little all over the place. The dino onesyy though is nice!

I love the kigurumi, however I am a little disappointed at the XL. I am 6ft y’all and thought the XL would be big enough but it is a little small. It’s not so small that I can’t wear it, it’s just a little bit small when I sit etc.
