Robert at ItsEasy had a challenge in front of him working with the Brazilian consulate to get my e-visa. The consulate was being very lax in their task of issuing these visas and had me resubmit photos. He would diligently check every day with the consulate, and keep me informed of the status. The visa arrived two days before my due date. If i had sent my passport by post to the consulate, i would have had no control over the process, would never know the status, and then would have to wait while the passport was mailed back. I'm in Brazil now, grateful to ItsEasy and would use this service again. Thank you so much.

We had trouble getting a visa to Brazil (Brazils end) with getting the evisa through their new software program, which involved taking and resubmitting many photos, but ItsEasy managed to get the Visa through in time for my trip after many nerve wracking days. It'sEasy website had me overpay for services due to lack of clarity on what I needed to get the Visa to Brazil but Robert graciously refunded the overcharge.

It's Easy lived up to its name. Website was a little challenging, but once I found a contact name for my location, everything went very smoothly. I liked that there was an option to drop off and pick up in person, and the cost was about 40% less than other services I checked.
