Although I was very skeptical about using this company after reading previous reviews, I am very happy to report that this whole transaction was as close to perfect as they advertise, as it could have been. From the time I sent off my passports with all supporting docs that are required until I got my visa stamped passports returned, was less than 3 weeks. Actually, just a little over 2. I would use thier services again. I would rate my experience with them a 10, with 20 bring highest rating.

The first time that I visited the office in the MetLife Bldg, my experience was not favorable; there was one person on duty, and although he seemed to be not at all busy. he didn’t seem particularly anxious to help me. Not having a good vibe, I just left. I decided to give it a second try a few weeks later, and the experience was 100% satisfactory. Outstanding service. Second time I have used itseasy. I had a serious time issue on this occasion (caused my by own mistakes) but itseasy took that all in stride and got my Passport and Visa back to me literally in the nick of time. A great company!

While I'm happy that my visa arrived in time, I feel like I'm not sure what my money really went towards. I was required to pay an extra $45 for the document pre-check service when really all I did was submit my application and hear nothing back. The document pre-check felt inefficient, unsure, and made me question the validity of the site a couple times (Why are they asking me for my password?) If I hadn't already used them for a previous visa, I would have gone to a different site immediately. I had to reach out to ItsEasy multiple times for guidance on next steps, and while they were helpful each time, I feel like what they told me to do should have been explained from the beginning. IE-submit paperwork, visa is okay to send now because received the paper, etc. Overall a very disappointing experience!
