Excellent quality cashmere poncho at a fair price. Very prompt delivery (next day). (Also good to see that it is made in a lovely part of Italy and so supports European manufacturing heritage.)

Lovely purchase and lovely company. Bought a wide pashmina/scarf for my daughter, replacing one of the same price, purchased from a well known store. The new one from Italy in Cashmere is better quality, I think slightly larger and generally much nicer. Also there was a very swift responses to a query which was much appreciated. Thoroughly recommend this company, that I think is a family business. They will be my first stop when looking for my next cashmere purchase.

Really pleased with my purchases - the slouchy beanie and snood in army green are perfect additions to my wardrobe.Beautiful colour, really soft and excellent quality. There was a delay with delivery but Simone kept me informed and sorted the situation very quickly.

Simone has done a good job about assistance and refunding the untold customs clearance fee; however, the shipping process needs to be improved. In fact, receiving the parcel (Italy) after 22 days from the order is unacceptable, it had a 5 days stop only at the courier first hub in England. The choice of a courier standard delivery (7-10 days) should be offered to the customer, absolutely avoiding to involve local DHL and Poste Italiane for last part of shipment.

The items received were of very good quality. After a problem with the delivery in France, Simone at Italy in Cashmere immediately offered a refund or reshipment. I don't regret having chosen the reshipment. My wife is delighted with the gift. I recommend. Christian
