My family and I recently started to get all of our meat from Heartstone farm. After what I’ve been seeing and hearing in the news about meat processing and manufactures adding ammonia to ground beef I welcomed the opportunity to give my family the healthiest product I could find. What about the cost isn’t more expensive? If you care about your family and what they are eating then the cost isn’t really an issue. I’d rather pay more knowing my family and I are getting the best our money can buy and not getting swindled by companies pushing a defective and dangerous product. Duck breast tonight- a 1 lb pkg with two meaty breasts fed three of us. Delicious with a cherry sherry sauce and wild rice. Medium rare of course.

I have been searching for some time for a local farm where i could purchase quality farm raised beef, pork, and chicken. The treatment of the animals and the food that they eat is essential to the quality of life for the animals, and the people that choose to invest in a better way of life.

I love love love getting my meat from a local source. You can taste the difference. I always tell people where the meat is from when I have guest over for dinner. The chicken is always juicy.

Have been very impressed with all the Meats received. when I placed the first order through Facebook I was not sure of what we would get. I have not been disappointed. comes regularly as set in account. informed as to when it is coming in case changes need to be done. The meat quality, is, wow!

I ordered 3 briskets ,2 were really nice and one was less than stew meat ,about half fat and cap .
