The process was tedious and at times confusing but my questions were answered quickly. It would be helpful if the borrower got the emails pertaining to them and the co-signer got the ones pertaining to them instead of both parties getting all emails. That made the process more challenging. I appreciated the customer service.

I had a few issues with the application process, had to completely start over the process for a few different reasons that had me less than pleased. In the end, happy to keep my money in NH and it all worked out. See you next semester!

Overall, it was a smooth, fast and straight-forward process. I would recommend to another who wanted to consolidate their loans. My only complaint, was that my interest rate was slightly higher than the rate I agreed upon when I submitted by paperwork and there was no explanation as to why.

The process of applying for the loan was easy and relatively fast compared to other loan experiences that I have had. There was a user-friendly portal which shows you the steps that have been completed and the ones that still need to be taken. Co-signors can see the steps that the student still needs to take as well.

It was overall a good experience. I wish funds would’ve been distributed a little quicker, but overall, was a smooth experience.
